Description

PU adhesive is a mixture of rubber polymers, synthetic resins and stabilizers dissolved in a mixture of solvents. This glue is used to glue soft PVC, PU and rubber to all kinds of natural and artificial leather.

Application

This glue is used in the shoe industry to stick PU, PVC and rubber soles to natural and artificial leather. Also, this product is used in the automotive industry and in car upholstery to stick all kinds of foam and PVC floor coverings.

How to use

Clean the desired surfaces from any grease and dust. Using a brush, coat both surfaces with glue evenly. If more Estehkam is needed, the gluing process can be repeated after 5 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes, heat the glued surfaces to 60°C, stick them together and pressurize them. It is a component and does not need desmodor, but desmodor can be used if necessary to increase the tensile Estehkam and heat resistance of PU glue. It is better for the temperature of the environment and the glue to be higher than 15 degrees Celsius.
