KRAFITT industrial glue
KRAFITT Industrial Adhesive
KRAFITT industrial glue
Description
Graphite industrial adhesive is a mixture of rubber polymers, industrial resins and stabilizers dissolved in a mixture of solvents. The polymer base of this glue is polychloroprene and it is very suitable for gluing all surfaces that need to be glued together with high speed and Estehkam.
Application
Kraft industrial glue is used in shoe and leather industries, clothing, automobile manufacturing, car upholstery, floor coverings, furniture and office supplies, etc. This glue is generally used for gluing all kinds of natural and artificial leather, plastic and fabric coverings, all kinds of foam, fiber, felt, wood, glass and metal.
How to use
The desired surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Before using the contents of the container, stir the contents of the glue container, then use a brush to evenly coat the surfaces with glue and let the glued surfaces dry (15 to 20 minutes), then stick them together and put pressure. If the surfaces have pores (porous surfaces), it is better to apply glue twice with an interval of 15 minutes. It is better for the temperature of the environment to store and use the glue to be above 15 degrees Celsius. At a temperature lower than 15 degrees Celsius and if the glued surfaces are not sticky, they can be activated by indirect heat and glued together.
